MAKE YOUR OWN GINGER BEER: IT CAN TREAT ARTHRITIS, ILL STOMACH, REDUCES CHOLESTEROL LEVEL AND HIGH LEVEL OF SUGAR IN THE BLOOD

Ingredients needed:

– 200 grams of peeled and finely chopped ginger

– 450 ml of filtrated water

– 225 grams of sugar

– 115 ml of sparkling water

– Several drops of lime juice

– Lemon slices

Method of preparation:

Place the filtered water in pot and place the pot on fire in order for the water to boil. Once the water starts boiling add the ginger. Reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Then leave the mixture to stand still for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid from the ginger. Prepare the syrup in a separate bowl: dissolve the sugar with 1 cup of the filtrated and boiled water. Mix half a cup of ginger juice with 1/3 of a cup of syrup and half a cup of mineral water. Add a little organic honey and lime juice. Garnish the glass with lemon slices.
