GRAY HAIR ~ POTATO RINDS WATER


A popular ancient remedy that can darken the hair slowly is rinsing your hair with potato rinds’ water. They have the ability to dye the white hair naturally in only weeks or months.
Instructions and way of use:
  1. Peel 5 to 6 medium and big potatoes.
  2. Store the rinds in a pan where you’ll cook them in 2 cups of water. After the water warms up on high fire, reduce the fire and leave them boil for 15-20 minutes.
  3. When the mixture has cooled down, put it in a big bowl. Filtrate the water and remove the potato rinds. Keep this water in a glass bottle that you’ll shut hermetically. You can add several drops of rosemary or lavender oil for a better smell.
  4. Washes and condition your hair like usually. Leave the conditioner on your hair for one or two minutes before washing it. Gray hair is normally drier so it must be hydrated properly.
  5. Massages the water from the potato rinds into your hair well. Make sure you do not rinse it!
  6. Dry and brush your hair like usually.
  7. Never keep the potato rinds’ water in the fridge! Prepare more when you’ve run out of it.
  8. Do the treatment every day or 2-3 times a week for several weeks or months. Be patient, because it takes time to notice the positive results!

These Diseases Are All Caused by Microwave Ovens, and You’ve Probably Ignored Them!



Did you know that over 90% of American homes regularly use microwave

ovens for meal preparation?



Microwave ovens pulse electromagnetic waves through food, exciting

the molecules and causing them to move, vibrate and heat up as

they respond to the microwave radiation.

It is a device called a  Magnetron in the microwave oven that produces wave energy.
This wave energy converts polarity of molecules from positive to negative. This polarity
changes millions of times every second in the microwave oven. Microwaves bombard the
food molecules and makes the polarized molecules to radiate at the same frequency
millions of times every second. This heats the food but at the same time  causes
‘structural isomerism’ - structural damage of the food molecules.

A Swiss study led by biologist and food scientist Dr. Hans Hertel identified the effects

of microwaved food. For eight weeks, eight people lived in a controlled environment
and intermittently ate raw foods, conventionally cooked foods and microwaved foods.
Blood samples were tested after each meal. The microwaved food caused significant
changes in blood chemistry.

Eating food processed from a microwave oven causes permanent brain damage by

“shorting out” electrical impulses in the brain.

The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase

in human blood.

Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or altered so

that the human body gets little or no benefit. Microwaved foods cause stomach

and intestinal cancerous growths (tumors). This may explain the rapid increased

rate of colon cancer in America.

Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through

lymph gland and serum alterations.


Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability,

and a decrease of intelligence. Microwaving milk and cereal grains converted some of

their amino acids into carcinogens.

Thawing frozen fruits converted their glucoside and galactoside containing fractions

into carcinogenic substances. Extremely short exposure of raw, cooked or frozen

vegetables converted their plant alkaloids into carcinogens.

In summary, its becoming more apparent that microwaves and microwave cause cancer

and other malicious diseases. They have the power to destroy the goodness in our food

and weaken our bodies. 

We should all be thinking about permanently getting rid of them.

IS IT TRUE AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY


The saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" probably gives you the impression that apples are the healthiest fruits. This proverb was first mentioned more than a century ago, and it is still widely used today. Other than the fact that it is easy to remember and fun to say, it may also be true to a certain extent; otherwise, it would not have enjoyed such popularity for such a long time.




Basic Nutrition of Apples

Similar to other fruits, apples do benefit your health in many ways. First of all, an apple contains zero cholesterol, fat and sodium, and it is not harmful to your health in any way. It has a low calorie count of 80, and it is the perfect choice of food for you if you are trying to lose weight. Also, it provides 22 grams of carbohydrates, which make up 7% of recommended daily value, and some of these carbohydrates are complex carbohydrates that can give you a sustained energy boost. It is a good source of dietary fiber as well. An apple also has many great nutrients that perform various tasks to keep your body healthy, and these include vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Phytonutrients

Apples contain a number of phytonutrients in high amounts, and these include vitamin A, vitamin E and beta carotene.
