PASSION AND KNOWLEDGE

Passion and knowledge is what brought me to start this site, THE MAGIC OF GOOD HEALTH. I am neither a doctor nor nutritionist, but I am a cancer survivor and through my journey this year I made choices to change my lifestyle. Through my journey of completion ~ body ~ soul ~ mind I have taken the steps to eat healthier and through sharing my recipes and knowledge I was able to heal myself. Food is like art with the many colors, shapes and even taste and smell. We can create a masterpiece out of what we eat. We are what we eat.

I haven't forgotten that I am just one person, That I am but one voice attempting to stand out from the crowd. I know that I can't sit here and expect my words to create change without reason. I can see if I don't educate and try to make a change, then I can't expect and follow my world. I can feel that time is slipping by me, that it will be gone if I just stand still. I have heard that there are a million other voices that sound like mine, that want also to be heard. I've been told that it's not enough to wish for dreams that I have to work them into reality. Your voice, your opinion-- mean something. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!! You are one drop, but together we can make an ocean. Let's think outside the box, and let your voice, your opinion--be heard. While we eat, we can also enjoy another art, which is music. As you create the dishes, music can be a relaxing and a therapeutic way to clear ones mind. I have also tried to educate on the types of foods that are healthier for one to heal from cancer

along with using organic foods. Per my home program I have to eat organic foods, it is part of my healing process. I will explain what organic really is and how important it is to keep on track. I will also show you all that we can eat anything we crave, just substitute the bad things. You have to see it to believe it!
